Attention all music lovers!
Do you enjoy a vocal ensemble who will give you a varied programme of
Sacred music, Gilbert and Sullivan, Swing and Musical Theatre?
Or may be you prefer a Male Voice Choir?
Or opera may be more your style.

Where would you get the chance to experience all three on the same
evening?
We have the answer.

Manhattan Voices, local singing group based at Scarborough Academy of
Music, Wykeham,  led by Musical Director Sue Hartley, would like to invite you to  our concert at 7.30 pm on Saturday 13th May at St. Andrew's United
Reformed Church, Ramshill Road, Scarborough.

Our guest soloist is local singer Julia Sinclair, who will be singing a special
opera programme.

We are proud to present New Mill Male Voice Choir, from the Holmfirth area of West Yorkshire.
The choir was founded in 1991 when twelve men gathered in a local public house to sing. Len Williams, a former singer with the Welsh National Opera,
became Musical Director and provided the inspiration and encouragement to form these men into a Choir. Since then the Choir have sung as part of the World Choir at Cardiff Arms Park under the baton of Owain Arwel Hughes with Shirley Bassey as the main attraction. They have taken part in the One Thousand Yorkshire Voices at the Albert Hall and also the Sheffield Arena
raising money for cancer relief.

Our challenge is to fill St. Andrew's Church.
Come and be a part of this exciting musical evening.
